Browse and select your products by brand from the menu bar, individual categories by types of incense on your home page or by using your search option in the upper left-hand corner of your page. When you select "Shop" from the menu bar, you will see our "All Products" page, which offers you the ability to filter by many different options to find the fragrances you're looking for.
 

For individual products, where offered, click on the product's image to "Learn more". You'll be able to view additional details, and descriptions, including magical properties & benefits, along with style of incenses and package sizes when offered.

Select the "Add to Cart" button to place individual products in your shopping cart. Some incense stick fragrances offer a smaller package and larger bulk package option.

Below the price for Pack size "Select" the drop-down menu, to pick your size of package and then view your price for it.

Select "Add to Cart". Wait for confirmation when you place items into your shopping cart, before adding more.

Once your selection is in your cart you can add or decrease quantities you would like to order, using the + or -. You may also press "X" to remove items from your cart.

View your Shopping Cart, by clicking on the shopping tote symbol at the top right of your page (next to Login on your menu bar) to review your purchases before checking out.

If your order is less than $98.99, there is a $20 delivery charge for addresses in 48 contiguous U.S. states, and $24 charge including insurance for Alaska or Hawaii.

When you order $19.80 or more worth of products, you'll receive up to $20 worth of free incense or perfume oils of your choice, to help compensate you for paying freight. Please inform us of your selection in the comment box provided, below "Customer details", when checking out.

If your order is $99 or more, you will receive free delivery, along with your choice of $20 of free gifts.

Your Billing Address must match the one on file with your bank, for your credit card to be approved.
If your Shipping address, City and Zip Code is different from your Billing address and Zip Code, please let us know in the Shipping Information box when checking out. Note: UPS can't deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Be sure to double check your shipping address and Zip Code. Matchless Gifts is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete addresses (such as missing apartment number). Customer agrees to pay additional freight charges and return postage fees for any inaccurate delivery information supplied.

Your package will be fully insured against loss in shipment; however, UPS may charge for any address corrections or return your package if your address is inaccurate or incomplete.

Be sure to check your other Merchant Policies for Matchless Gifts' Service Agreement, including refund policy, returns, and claims for loss or damages.

When you are finished ordering and have reviewed and accepted Matchless Gifts "Store Policies" and you're satisfied with your selections in your shopping cart, be sure to note freight cost, and also 7.75% sales tax if you are a California resident, or you would like us to ship your order to someone within the State of California. On the day we ship your package by UPS, you will receive an email, from UPS with your tracking details and will also follow up so you know the day and time frame your package will be delivered.

Either select 'Checkout' or if you're a PayPal customer, select PayPal, Pay Later, or Venmo checkout, to process your order. If you select Checkout, you may pay for your order with your own Credit or Debit Card.

When you press checkout, you'll be offered a number of choices:

• You may Continue Browsing to add to your order.

• You may checkout using your own Credit or Debit card.

• You may select PayPal's Express Checkout options.

• You may login to your PayPal account.

• You may edit your cart, adding more or less of any item, or cancel anything you don't want, or review your order.

• Fill out your Customer and Delivery Details, and Delivery Method.

• You'll need to click the box that you've double checked that your shipping address and Zip Code are correct.

• Be sure to include your apartment, suite, floor or building number if this applies in your shipping address.

• Below you'll be able to list your choices of incenses or perfume oils to help compensate you for the $20 delivery charge for orders for products below a subtotal of $98.99. You will also receive up to $20 worth of free merchandise of your choice, even if you qualify for free delivery at $99.

• Note: Matchless Gifts cannot ship orders to destinations outside the USA. Please contact us, if your address is outside the USA, or if you are an international customer, and we will refer you to an experienced Matchless Gifts international distributor. We can also ship your order to a freight forwarder in the US.

• Your Billing Address must match the one on file with your bank, or your credit card may be declined, which is designed as a safety feature to protect you from identity theft.

• After filling out you Customer and Delivery details, press Continue.

• Approve your Delivery Method, and press Continue.

• Select Credit/Debit cards chosen for you by default, or select one of the PayPal options, if you have an account or would like to set one up.

Once your payment has been approved and your transaction completed, your receipt of purchase will be emailed to you, and you will also be returned to your Matchless Gifts site.

When you order less than $98.99 worth of merchandise, you will be compensated for your delivery charge, by offering you up to $20 worth of any incense or perfume oil fragrances of your choice. When you order $99 or more worth of products, you'll not only receive free delivery, but also $20 worth of free merchandise of your choice ($119 value).
